Welcome to my home page! I’m the Head of the Climate Risk Studies Department of the Research and Statistics Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a Research Fellow of the CEPR, and the Co-Director of the International Trade and Macroeconomics program of CEBRA. I am also an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Columbia University, where I teach in the Master’s program.
My research focuses on international spillovers and macroeconomic fluctuations. My work exploits big data to study the response of firms, banks, and consumers to economic shocks.
